About Alberto
Hi, I'm Dr. Alberto Navarro. My mission is to help people better understand and improve their minds.As a Stanford-trained cognitive scientist, educator, and learning coach, I help students build the skills, systems, and confidence they need to thrive in school and beyond.My work has focused on how people learn, think, and adapt, with particular expertise in autistic and ADHD cognition, executive function, and learning differences. I have worked with Stanford Medicine's Neurodiversity Project and Center for Sleep in Autism Spectrum Disorder (CSASD), helping develop tools and resources to support neurodivergent individuals and their families.I specialize in working with students who are bright and capable but may benefit from additional structure, support, challenge, or guidance. This includes students who struggle with organization, planning, time management, focus, motivation, or follow-through, as well as students seeking greater enrichment and intellectual growth.My approach combines evidence-based strategies with individualized support to help each student develop a personalized learning system that works for them.
